Rape Wise
Rape Wise is an organisation that is made up of volunteers who are experts in their
field of profession. As training providers to the Department of education, Health,
Social Services and Safety and Security, we have trained thousands of professionals
over the last eight years, throughout South Africa.
During 2008, Rape Wise expanded their focus and launched a series of products and
workshops for both parents and learners. Parent empowerment is of the utmost importance,
as they are at the forefront, in the fight against crime involving children.
Rape Wise has a corporates division that specialises in training, management and
staff on the dangers of sexual assault and the eradication of Sexual Harassment
in the workplace.
Many corporates have sponsored disadvantage schools and this enables them to receive
the rape training and utilise our education support material in their classrooms.
